The complex is located North East of Larnaca Airport around 40km away, will take you no more than 40 minutes. Larnaca can be reached by most major Airports including Heathrow, Gatwick, Luton, Stanstead, Manchester, Newcastle, Bristol.

Indoors
The Ground Floor consists of a large, comfortable, open plan living room has a 32" Flat screen TV, a DVD player, and Playstation 2+ Games. The front door leads to a patio area perfect for alfresco dining. There is an equipped spacious kitchen. There is also a WC room on the ground floor.
The First floor of the villa consists of the master bedroom including a patio door with balcony. The other bedroom is a double with balcony. There is also a family bathroom which is a good size.
All rooms have full remote air conditioning/heating systems. All bedding, linen and bathroom towels are provided. Guests must supply their own beach towels.
Outdoors
There is a good size pool with a surrounding area providing the perfect space to sunbathe. The pool area also has shower facilities, WCs and a small child’s pool.
Conditions
Smoking only permitted outside the property.
On departure the property must be left in the same condition as received, clean and tidy.
Refundable breakage deposit of €250 payable with the balance, to be refunded 14 days after departure and subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
25% Deposit Payable on Bookings to Secure Accommodation.
A €40.00 post clean will be added per holiday booking.
Balance Payable 8 weeks Prior to Arrival Date.
